Asking the right questions.[850/95] posted by Susan on

I had two warning lights come up and the dealer ran diagnostics
on my 95 850 GLT with 74K miles. The explanation is
'CK Eng light comes on, Upshift arrow was on..
DTC 322 incorrect gear ratio, road test and found trans
starting to slip intermittently, fluid burnt..'

I don't think I have any symptoms and the fluid does not smell
likes it's burnt. I've always taken my car to Volvo dealers for
service so I'm a little confused as to why this
is happening.

What's the best course of action and what questions should
I be asking? They want to charge me $2450 for repairs.
