I have a '98 Coral Red C70. Overall, the paint job is quite good except for a spot about 18" in diameter on the passenger side of the hood. In that spot the metal flake is in a really wierd pattern. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until the first time I washed the car. The dealer has tried to buff the spot but of course, that can't make it go away because the problem is in the color coat. The best I can do is keep the hood waxed because then it is much harder to see. I'm really bummed out by this and would not have taken delivery of the car had I noticed it at the dealer. But, the alternative of having the hood repainted and blended into the top of the fenders seems much worse...
