Unless you're adding an intercooler, an "upgrade" to a larger turbo would be more of a downgrade... more turbo lag, and no more boost. You could go to the 50 or 60 trim T03 compressor, but unless you're going over
12psi, you won't benefit from it.

I'd also recommend first checking your exhaust for blockage. Unless your turbo is making noise, or you have excessive play, the turbo's okay, something (exhaust back pressure) is keeping it from spinning up, or you're losing boost (leak in the intake), or your mixture is off enough that you're losing power.

The two biggies on the exhaust are the catalytic convertor (which will get plugged very easily if you have a leaking pressure hose causing the engine to run very rich) and the muffler (I had a broken baffle in the muffler on the 245 when I bought it. I gained an easy 2psi replacing it)
