Probably not. My '89 760 turbo wagon does not. My rational is that with a turbo you are paying for performance. WITHOUT a lockup when you put the hammer down the engine speeds up quickly, which it would not do if locked up, generates more exhaust and thus more boost.
Of course you can check for yourself, while moving smoothly touch the accellerator and you should see the RPMs increase quickly without a corresponding increase in speee.
The 3rd digit on the on the bottom line of the transmission tag will be "F" of NOT a lockkup and "H" with lockup.
This non lockup will cost a couple of miles per gallon.
