Slide the radio out and as you are looking at it(the radio) on the passenger side, unscrew the two small phillips screws that hold the black slide rail in place. After the screws are off snap the slide off, now the hard part, trying to describe where the little micro switch is that you have to twiddle. With a good light look into the holes and find a small micro switch with about a 3mm button sticking out of it, push the button in several times and now try to load the CD. Sometimes the micro switch may stick not allowing the CD to be taken into the player.
