e-brake adj. Pull passenger ashtray(center) and piece behind it(plastic). Adjust cable housing with wrench or pliers. Usually done quite easily. Also check cable at rear differential left side. Sometimes cable pivot wears, comes loose. You may have to check e-brake shoes by pulling rr. rotors if you cannot procure satisfactory e-brake adj.

Loose steering: Pull lower valance (under steering wheel). Check for loose bolts on support beam(black metal runs rt. to lt. You may want somone to shake wheel while you take a good look. Not usually a 740 problem. High mileage car? Good luck.
