Ah. This is an easy one.
Grab the VIN and run -- don't walk -- to your nearest Volvo dealer. They can access their corporate computers and get the key code numbers for your car.
They can also make "official Volvo" keys for you according to the key codes, and maybe while you wait (or almost while you wait).
When you visit the dealer, you might want to take all your proof of ownership -- if they're smart, they will NOT do this for anybody without question. (If they did, you could walk in with the VIN for a car you saw at the mall and drive the car home an hour later!)
I've done this three or four times. Getting keys, I mean -- not car shopping at the mall. :)
