Tom,
I believe it was Steve Ringlee that turned me on to that SB. The instructions say to trim away some of the heat shielding in order to install the bracket. I still haven't done it myself, but plan to put one on along with a new trans mount. I've already done the front mounts and still get some annoying vibes.
If you're at all handy, take the part home and put it on yourself. It's less frustrating than trying to get someone else to do it - especially when they go to more effort to argue why it won't work, rather than just getting under there and putting the darn thing on.
I'll try to find that SB, but can't make any promises.

Tom,
Ask the service department to show you a copy of SB25709. That's the number All-Data has assigned to it.
