Here's how to remove the inner trim from a rear door according to some of the docs I have.
- Close the window
- Carfully remove the black plastic cover next to the window
- Remove the cover and screw from the hand-grip
- Remove the screw from the door-opener and remove in a forward motion
- Disconnect electrical cable if applicable
- Remove screw covers and screws from rear of door panel
- Remove screw cover from window-handle (if manual) and remove handle
- Remove screw cover and screw from bottom storage compartiment
- Pull the panel from the clips at the underside and lift it up.
(take care for the glass contact-profile)
Then you should carefully remove the inner covers (may need some torx bits) and you're done.. Reassemble in opposite order..
It's pretty full of metal bits in there, so I hope you can fit something in there to push out the dent. Perhaps a repair-shop can use the new vacuum system to 'pull' the dent out..
Hope this helps..
Bye, Arno.
