Assuming there is no dirt or grit in the tracks causing the roof not to seat properly....there is a roff adjustment procedure using three screws found on the sides, just above the track. Screw #1 (at the front) adjusts front vertically/horizontally. Screw #2 (in the middle) adjusts lengthways. Screw #3 (at the rear) adjusts rear vertically. BTW the roof thould line with the car roof, except the front where it should be 1mm lower.
Adjust position of sunroof so rivet center lines up with radius of slider rail.
