My replacement mounts came from (I think) the Volvo dealer's stock. They might be "brand X", but I think they're "brand V". My recollection is that they were about $75 each.
Replacement is easy. With the engine on stands, you lift the engine with a small jack. If you try this, be sure to use a wide wood block between the jack and oil pan to avoid denting the pan.
One side (right, I think...) you simply remove the nut from above (through the upper bracket, on the block) and a similar nut from below (through the lower bracket, on the crossmember). The old mount is removed, and the new one installed in its place. You may have to lift the engine more -- the new mount is probably "fatter" than the old, collapsed one. Remember to position the ground strap (goes from the upper to the lower stud) so it doesn't chafe against things.
As I recall, the other side is more difficult -- you must unbolt the lower bracket from the crossmember and remove it with the mount. This is because you cannot get access to the lower nut with the bracket positioned in the car. The new mount is installed onto the bracket, and then the bracket is rebolted to the crossmember. You must position the upper motor mount stud into upper bracket as you position the lower bracket on the crossmember.
I think the whole thing is a 45-60 minute job.
