Just so Scott doesn't end up having to fax the instructions to all of us, here's an excerpt from the factory service manual "Interior/Exterior":
Replacing roof trim
-------------------
Remove rear end piece:
1. Heat with a hot air gun and slide backward.
2. Carefully pry up trim as illustrated. (The illustrustion shows the use of a small spatula to lift the trim off the body)
3. Start from the back. Use a wooden spatula or similar.
Install:
1. rear trim end piece.
2. Trim with end piece on roof. NOTE! Start by pressing the trim into place at guide clip 4. (clip 4 is the one on the roof nearest the windshield)
3. Press the trim into top clip 5 on the A-post so that it is positioned correctly between the roof ad windshield. (This is the top-most clip on the A-pillar).
4. Press down the trim backwards along the roof and downwards onto the A-post.
5. Install the end piece on the roof.
