Gary,

Here is what to do.

1. Turn on the ignition but do not start the engine
2. Open the hood
3. Next to the ECU box there are two small, black boxes
4. The one on the left (closest to the side of the car) is box A
5. Lift off the top
6. You will see a wire with a socket attached to it
7. You will see that the openings on the box have numbers
8. Put the flylead (the dokickey with the wire) into number 7
9. Push the black button four times
10. You will see a red LED light illuminate and then finally stay on
11. Push the button once
12. Wait until the light goes back on
13. Push the buttong 5 times
14. Wait until the light goes back on
15. Push the button once
16. Wait and you will see the red light flash a lot
17. Congratulations you have reset the service light

This is very simple but remeber that you should look in your maintenance manual to see what needs to be done at the service interval. I just hit 50,000. The service for that is nothing but changing the oil and looking at everything else to see if liquids need to be refilled or there are things that need to be lubircated. I do this on my own and refuse to pay for such a service.

good luck.
