Rob, there is a wear limit specification on the rotors. If they are very badly scored or were machined before and out of tolerance then they are usually replaced. The thickness of the rotor disc is measured. The specification for wear limit depends on the type of rotor (Solid or Ventilated) and manufacturer (ATE or Girling).
Hopefully they are all not out of spec!
