Any local radio repair shop can handle this repair. Look in Yellow Pages under Auto Radio and/or Electronic Repairs. Most of the parts are std. stuff as Alpine, Clarion, Mitsubishi made 99 44/100ths of all the Volvo radios in the last 15 years.
