BSR has 275hp, 290hp, and 305hp ECU's not a 260hp. Cost in SEK is 3800 for the 275hp and the 290hp. The 305hp says contact BSR for pricing. BSR also has ECU upgrades for non-turbo cars.

I don't know about these BSR people... I sent them an email regarding information of how to buy their product and they just wrote back a one-liner note saying that they don't have a U.S. contact.
So what does that mean? They don't want to sell their stuff to U.S.?

I'm not sure. I travel to Sewden enough though so that if I really wanted one I would go to the BSR faculty and pick one up. I've already been the the SAM shop many years ago. SAM does a lot with building rally and race cars. They built the first BTCC Volvo if I remember correctly.
