A friend of mine is really getting pumped up on rallying, and I must say he's infectious. So now I want to rally too! But I would only do it in my favorite car - a Volvo.

So I'm thinking 70's 142, strip it out and drop the full roll-bars and 5-point harness... But is it worth it? I mean, yeah it'd be cool and all but is the Volvo a good, low-cost rallying machine?

Any ideas, thoughts, comments?
