Brad,
The most common thing that goes wrong with the garrett turbo's is the hose that goes from the right angle fitting at the top of the compressor outlet down to the waste gate actuator p/n 1336458. It is a precut piece of hose that will stand the heat and oil a little better than regular vaccum hose.
