Brad,
The by pass valve for the garrett turbo is hung off the right front of the cylinder head. The mitsu turbo has a second diaphram on top of the compressor housing. The one under the dash is the fuel pump cut out. It should cut out at
12.1- 13.5 psi. . Have you actually put a pressure gauge on the intake to see
how much boost you're getting?
