On that car the typical place to have vacuum supply problems is the white hose behind a/c controls getting crushed shut or the same hose above and to the right of acceld pedal dooing the same. The hose can be repaired by cutting out the crushed/folde piece and splicing it back together with a piece of the spray tube from an aerosol can such as WD-40.

Or the vacuum canister behind the front bumper has a vacuum leak. (usually the rubber nipple on the end is split) --
