Greg,

Your front wheel bearing is a sealed hub unit. It can only be replaced as a unit.
The p/n for non -ABS cars is 271643 , and the ABS hub for '89- is 271644.
In the kit is a new nut a a new dust cover. the nut gets torqued to 100 n-m plus an additional 45 degrees. The hub bearing on the car sounds like it bit the dust.
