Does the driver's door key fail to activate the other locks, but the driver's plunger sends its signal? If that is the case, there is a fragile little plastic electric collar around the driver's lock cylinder that may be bad. You might want to remove the inner door panel and replace the collar. It is easy to break them (collars) if you do not unhook them carefully. If neither the key nor the plunger work the other locks I would check the wiring harness inside the drivers door.
