My 83 Turbo was doing this,I just lubed the cable,used spray graphite for
locks.I removed the cable from the throttle hub.held it out straight and
shot some spray into the opening with the small plastic nozzle..Worked the
cable in & out til it freed up and its been fine for over a year..If it sticks
again,I'll lube it again..Seems like the heat in the engine compartment makes
