Looking for source of rear sway bar and dashboard cover for 1962 Volvo 544 (2 door sedan of course). IPD discontinued sway bar, Volvo discontinued other stuff. Any suggestions, please email me directly.

In the nov/dec.`97 issue of the IPD newsletter there is an article about a Swedish company called Genuine Classic Parts A.B. which will be manufacturing and distributing replacement parts for 444`s, 544`s 122`s et al. The article goes on to say that Volvo will be retailing these in North America. Hope this is of some help.

Have you actually called ipd? I know the bars aren't listed in the catalog, but they might still have them.
I believe dash covers are available from RPR, http://www.concentric.net:80/~rusty166/.
