Has anyone had any experience replacing the pin in the door hinge?
I have an '81, 244 upper drivers door hinge is shot. Door sags.

No but it is real easy to replace the hinge! Then you can take a look at hinge mounting areas and see what the problem was-if the hinge pin is grooved or trashed it probably was never lubed properly since it left the factory. There are these nifty lupe holes and fittings, yet no body uses 'em...go figure!
