Preferences seem to favor the B230F. True?

Hi,
Ehhh.. Well.., it depends on so many things. Standard engine or Turbo,
100 Hp or +300Hp...
Really, all the B21, B23 and B230 engines are very reliable. The V6
engine found in 760 is not that reliable.
Any Volvo engine will last very long if taken care of properly, change
oil, donīt kill a cold engine, change timing belt, plugs, oilfilter ....
So it kind of depends on what you want.

My vote (not that it counts) is B21F .... non-turbo, "K" injection, Bosch Ignition (and maybe with the Aux. air valve in place of Constant Idle)....... This is AFTER you re-do the under-hood wires!

B20, unless, of course, you consider the B18, or if you can get ahold of a B16 . . . is there a pattern here?
