1981 262C Bertone For Sale![ALL/1988] posted by Paul S. on

I'm selling the Blenny due to family growth!!
I want to keep this car because I have truly fallen in love with it. But, with the additional child coming and lack of parking space, I have been forced me into a position where I need to replace the coupe with a wagon.
This Bertone is pretty sweet with lots of new parts from a new steering rack and ps pump to Brembo rotors and stainless brake lines. New shocks, wheel bearings, seals, ss fuses, sensors, hoses, belts, relays, bulb sensor, windshield, switches A ton of new parts. New Dunlop tires. Near new untouched wheels. Back up set of alloy rims with new studed snow tires. All receipts. (I have not totalled the receipts but I'm thinking I don't want the wife to know how much I spent to make this car very safe and nice)
The car does leak a little oil but nothing to worry about. The body is straight and is a California car, but has a few primer spots. Came from Bertone factory without vinyl yop.
172K Miles and headed for 200K+ with ease.
Car runs strong. This car has made my work commute a joy. OK it's only 8 miles to work but a fun drive! The car is very reliable and starts great in cold weather.
If you know John Laughlin he will testify under oath that I put Castrol LMA DOT 4 brake fluid in!! (And most of the other goodies!)
$3500

There'a separate "Classifieds" section. Good sob story, anyway...

Topi is right, there is a classified section, but still, Paul you make the car sound soooo good! It's a good thing its in California and I'm in North Carolina or I might be tempted to take back all the bad things that I have said over the years about those awful French V6's and buy it.
