Noise from rear susp/ipd sways/bilstien[ALL/1988] posted by James Johnson on

I have been going crazy with my 90 245 (less than 76k) & low rattle sounds over bumps (& this New England city has its fair share). I have noticed lower shock mounting nuts are difficult to keep tight -- could this be the ipd sway bar -- damn, I hope the shock mounting hole in the trailing arm is not going elipicle --does this happen?. Could I weld washers in place to strenghten this spot? Any ideas? TIA

Did ya try putting it on a wheel lift and torquing with a air gun? Also try theadlock Loctite product. Also call ipd and ask them-
