Does anybody know who makes the best tuning chips for non-turbo Volvos,
and what you can expect from them? My information is that one has to change
both the chip in the ECU and the chip in the ignition box for the best
result. Dont tell me to buy a turbo, because I donīt want the misery old
turbos that have been abused,can give me!
