Several years ago I bought a '78 244DL which is now starting to feel old and lacks power. I can't bear to see it go to the scrap yard and I am pondering how I can breath some new life into it. Has anyone out there done a conversion from a B21E to a B23FT?? I have seen that some people have done V8 conversions so the conversion to something like the B23FT must be possible. Are there any information resources available to do such a conversion. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Sure, you can do anything but does it make sence? No. Buy a '82- 85 turbo for $ 1500 - 3500. Your conversion will cost more...
