Any oil based product will be gone gone gone..real quick...

Use an anti seize. I like and use Copa slip....but the aluminum stuff will work, I guess....

With the lock nutz I wouldn't waste brain cells about dry vs. wet torque. Just dab some antiseize and toyque 'em....
