how can I find a noisey lifter on a 90 740 16 valve?

You can find it irritating if it's your car, or you can find it pleasant if you're the one getting paid to fix it.
You can also find it by disconnecting one injector at a time until the noise subsides. Expect the ck eng light to go on, so you may need to reset it.
Reason # 16L to use Chevron DELO Oil.
