Ted,

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm getting a 2-3-1 a 1-1-3 and a 1-2-1......for now. I don't always get the 113 and the 121, but I do often. The 231 is pretty consistent though. My starter solnoid is going/has a corroded wire (I'm not exactly sure which at this point) and the hard starting is compounding this problem at the moment, so I need to get this fixed soon. Plus, winter is on its way and if it is this hard to start when it's 90 degrees, I can't imagine 20 below. Thanks for any advice!

Tim,
The 2-3-1 code is the adaptive fuel trim too rich/lean at part load.
the 1-1-3 code is short term fuel trim too rich/lean
the 1-2-1 code is MAF signal absent or faulty
All of the codes involve checking the MAF sensor. First, All of the usual should be checked , vacuum leaks ,air leaks, fuel pressure, exhaust leaks, leaking injectors, O2 sensor signal. After checking the above the next thing to check is the MAF sensor. Check power and ground to the
MAF then check the signal. Hope this helps. Let me know.
