Bob,
First remove the ashtray ( lift the tab marked fuse panel ) . Remove the lighter
and the square trim around the lighter. Remove the two screws behind the trim.
That whole box will swing out of the way. The relay panel is behind the fuse box.
The chime relay is a big rectangular relay. Some even have little speaker cut outs. Don't just remove it, all kinds of funky gremlins occur. Just tape over the speaker to muffle it.
