Volvo dealership here says after the first trip they give you the two click, three click, don't refuel with the engine on lecture, second trip for the same problem they replace some sort of valve that is apparently giving problems. They had to order the valve for me - repair order says CPV. Not sure if it will fix the problem, but they seemed certain it would.
