I wouldn't sleeve a block. It's a thin wall casting and there isn't enough material to support the sleeve. Get an other block and avoid ring sealing problems. B18/20/21 blocks were old, thick castings.You can overbore these suckers up to 4mm ! B23 you can go up to 2mm, but B230 only 1mm. If someone has used plain water block can be paper thin. It's a good idea to sonic test before boring.
