supposed to vary between 100 and 900 mv with 5-7 crossovers per second...the more crossovers the better...lazy lambdas at 1-2 per second.

sounds like yours is staying rich. This might not be the 02 sensor...could be an engine coolant temp sensor indicating the engine hasn't warmed up yet...

You can test an 02 sensor with a propane torch out of the car...hi/lo voltages as heat is added/removed. However, this won't show a lazy sensor.
