Given the scenario of poor performance after coming back from a routine servicing job,knowing pretty well that they don't do more than they have to
on can assume the following;
1)plug heat range wrong .. check / compare old plugs..
2)Wrong plug gaps
3)If your car has a contact assembly check points gaps and also that non melt grease was used for the cam lubrication..
