Cut off switch[ALL/1998] posted by Tiger on

It seems to have a switch that keeps me from running more ther 16 psi. Is ther any way i could bypass that switch. Dont worry i have enough fuel to handle more than 18-19 psi.
Thanks

The switch is located un der thr driver's side dash. It has a hose running
to it and two wires hanging out of it. It would be un wise to bypass it but you can get a switch for a 1989 780 turbo (same switch used in the turbo plus kit for 86-89 740's, but can be found in the parts catalog by your Volvo retailer
parts dept.) as it will allow 17-18 psi before shutoff.
