What is needed and procedure to replace inner tie rods and which front bushings should be replaced with a vehicle with 150 thousand miles? Thanks in advance.

Doesn't your car have rack and pinion steering? Mine has.
The steering rack and links to the struts are all one assembly. You replace the whole thing.

The boot can be bought from even NAPA. I should have replaced it...then I would not have to replace the tie rod.I bought mine at Voluline in Atlanta. Phone 404-352-3402 for $18.00. The tie rods are replaceable without replacing the entire rack and pinion.

Replacing these bellows is a bear due to the confined space. I found it helpful to cut the rubber between the large opening and the small opening for the small metal tubing. It also helps to heat the bellow in warm oil to make it more pliable. Good luck, it is not a fun job.
