I'd like to know who manufactured the turbo unit for my 1990 740 (gas). There is a small plate on the front of the unit that said TD04H-13C as well as Made in Japan. It appears to be water cooled. I've heard that it could be Mitsubishi or Garret.

Bob,you have a mitsubishi turbo.BTW,are you still installing a 5.0?aol deleted your phone #'s before i copied them.my mitsu turbo is pushing some oil + now the intake hoses are all soft.
