By request, I have made the subscription message posts have value-added subject lines. No longer will you receive the dry: RE: BrickBoard Post Volume 2, #801
But now you will see this:
RE: [v2,801]Board Feature Adjustment
This message is a test run.
I will be working on the archiving system soon.
Other features coming soon: reverse threading (some like this better) cleaner scripting (faster performance) ...
Thank you all for your participation. This has become very active and everyone seems to get along, even in a crowd.

To those who have subscribed to the BrickBoard:
What do you think..is it about time for a digested version of the distribution of messages?
I think I could do this very easily, but I need a slight kick in the ass to get going. I have noticed many people dropping off the list lately and this is certainly due to the increased usage of the board. It IS very annoying to receive so many messages in one day. I myself get a copy of each message posted and it is getting to be a little too much.
The first step to resolve increased volume for subscribers is described in the previous message. What I am proposing here is to have a message sent (say) every 5 messages and/or at midnight CST every night. So, you will probably receive a posting twice a day with up to five messages per e-mail post. Of course, I will maintain the current subscription method as an option as well.
I would really love some user input, so please think about this for a moment and respond here or e-mail me.
Regards, -jarrod
