drive train conversion[ALL/1998] posted by Tim Williamson on

A friend of mine has a 1983 Volvo Turbo 242, the engine has finally died (after a b'jillion miles). He has a Ford small block in his garage and was wondering were to look for the drive line conversion kits.

I personally own a 1985 Volvo Turbo wagon with a b'jillion miles on it....but it is humming along great!

Anyway, thanks for any assistance. Tim Williamson

Tim, Try Conerse Carversions in Maine 1-800-289-2548. They do drop in kits for small block Ford/Volvo (Folvo/Volrd?)transplants so they should have the driveline info., etc. Post what you find out, OK? Stoney
