Crawl up under and check the bottom of the water pump for a s-l-o-o-o-w leak and a green slime beard. I had the same thing drive me nuts for a few weeks last year. I lost about 2 qts coolant a week, tightened, checked everything but that and of course its the last thing you find that makes you wonder why you dont listen to gravity and follow the drips UP to where they come from!!! I hope my previous stupidity will help others-Don't worry I'm in therapy now!
