The 240 headliner is entirely a different type than the 700 series. I'm surprised there are places who would refuse to do a Volvo liner. They are among the easier IF, and this is a big if, done with the correct material. I had a 740 today that the sunroof wouldn't operate due to the fact material with 1/4" foam backing was used. Apparently, around here, the correct 1/8" foam backed material is hard to find. DO NOT use the 1/4" foam backed material!

Thanks for all the input. This particular headliner is a 1 piece molded ??board with foam and fabric. Of course it has all the appropriate cut outs, contours, etc.
