You sound like a Brit. so if my syntax slips you cal always ask for a translation. If I am not mistaken the door clip is shaped like an omega sign

the clip fits around the knurled part of the crank (regulator ? ) Having lived close to Volvo dealers, and parts stores for ever I just grab hold and pull them out. Barbaric but effective. If you haven't hooked up to Jarrod's parts and places listing take a look, make a copy, and let your fingers do the walking, then reask the question.
