I checked the wiring diagram on the car in question and there are no fuses involved (this isn't uncommon on cars whose electrical systems were designed 15 or more years ago). The diagram doesn't indiacte a fusible link either. Regardless, the fuse, if any, would kill all headlights and that is not your symptom. The ground wire behind headlamps on inner fender is common to both lamps and a connector I mentioned in a reply yesterday is the other item common to both lamps ( I listed the wrong colors, the wires are red and blue not white or green as I guessed yesterday)

Abe and Mark are right about fuses and such, but the passage of the wiring thru BF Relay could be a source. I'll bet it is the ground point behind the washer bottle area. Unscrew it, pull the wires, get steel wool or wire brush and scrub EVERYTHING then put on non corrosion grease and reassemble. If it looks rusty, or whitish (NASTY ASS SALT RESIDUE...HATE THE STUFF...EATS ANY/EVERYTHING) then thats the problem.
Did you ever get any voltage from lamp connector to ground (not at ground point but anywhere else)? If so it is the ground point!
Good Luck Mr. Phelps...
