In need of fog lamps for my 66 122 and would like some advise on an inexpensive, easily mounted set. i have seen big, round lights on some of the older models. Are those original? Are the original lights still available? What is the best way to defrost/defog the rear window? is there an aftermarket product made? Is the Green Bay Pakers' QB name spelled wrong or is that really how you say "Favre"?

Try your local volvo parts dept. They will inform you if they still carry the large round types. If not than purchase an inexpensive set from your local auto parts store. You may have to drill a hole to bolt down the light set to the front top bumpers. Make sure that the inexpensive large round lights have a relay (30amp). Some of the cheap sets do not have a 30 amp relay1 I know I purchased a set of the for my 84' 240. However there are expensive large round sets out there for different price range. I purchased the cheaper set because I do a lot of highway driving and get a lot of stone chips. And lens replacement
is a lot cheaper on the less expensive light sets.

The original lamps on my 67 123 GT are French Marchals- about 6" in diameter. They are mounted through holes drilled in the top of the bumper just outboard of the over riders (or what ever you call them). I haven't been able to find a replacement set, but any plain, chrome finished paiir of similar size would pass the 5 yard test.
