960 wagon suspension modifications[ALL/1998] posted by Chris Packard on

Does anyone know of any company that supplies stiffer front and/or rear sway bars for the 960 wagon. ipd has heavy duty sway bars for almost all other Volvos, but not for the 960 wagon. Perhaps someone knows of a European company that supplies aftermarket performance equipment for the 960. Any help would be appreciated.

If your 960 is a 1992-1994, then it shares suspension front and rear with
740/940 wagons. The sedans have the same front susp. on those year models
but not the same rear susp.
The 1995 and later have completely new front and rear susp. and wagons
have the same suspension as sedans.
