I just bought another 1800es. This one is a '73 and The wiring is a mess. Animals have chewed the injection harness and it seems dead. I have fuel to the injectors but they don't seem to fire. The harness looks like the computer and harness is a single unit. I get the right "clicks" from the relays when I turn it on but the throttle switch is dead. How can I find out what I need to replace? Is there a test I can run to see what's the matter with my ES.

I have a '72 with 170K and drive it every day since 1980 except winter. In winter I have put 1800 running gear under a 544 including a B20E, O/D, & Discs I have driven this one since 1983 but only in the winter. Please reply... I will be at the lake Placid affair next week.
